Spyware Removal
First things first - why am I giving you free software and free tech support to remove all spyware, virus infection, and malware from your computer? Shouldn't you have to pay for this?
The way I look at it, if you are willing to take the time and do the work to clean your computer, then I am willing to help you. If you are unable to do the cleaning yourself, and you need remote virus removal, online help or computer repair, we have certified technicians who can asist you for a reasonable price.
The cleaning procedure in tutorials 1 - 4 is designed for a computer that has a lot of infection on it.
We call this a deep cleaning process because it will remove 100% of all known virus and malware infections from your computer. The process works - just take it gradually,
one step at a time.
We use the a-squared anti-malware software as the first step for a number of reasons. One of them is because a-squared is rated as the best in the industry for removal of all rogue (phony) antispyware or anti-malware programs. Another reason is that the a-squared free version is a scanner and removal tool only. It will run a scan and clean your computer without interfering with the operation of whatever security software you already have. A-squared is also effective at removing trojans and some of the other parasites that may have infected your computer. Let's get rid of that junk first, then we can concentrate on removing virus infections in the next step.
Special instructions for installing this software: We are going to show you a way to install and use the software so you will have a minimal number of problems removing the malware.
Many viruses today try to interfere with the downloading of windows security updates and the installation of antivirus and antimalware software. They interfere with the internet connection. They can block updates, thus making the antimalware or antivirus software almost useless.
Some of the viruses are so sophisticated that they can render the new software ineffective during the download and installation process, before you ever get a chance to run the first scan. This makes the virus or malicious software very difficult to remove. More malware can download onto your computer while you are running scans to remove it!
If you are not having problems with downloading and updating, run the scans in the normal mode. This is the way we did it in the video. If downloading, installing and updating the software is a problem, please follow the steps below:
Viruses and malware typically can't run in the Safe Mode, so we are going to use that mode to install your new software. If the safe mode does not work, you can use the VGA mode
1. Please bookmark the web address to this page.
2. Restart your computer. As it is just beginning to start, hit the F8 key a few times. You will see a screen with several modes for starting the computer.
3. Start your computer in the "Safe Mode with networking". See notes.
4. Your screen will look very big, that's normal. It won't look like your regular desk top, and you won't have any sound.
5. Open your web browser, then use your bookmark to return to this page.
6. Follow the steps outlined in the tutorial for downloading and installing the software.
7. Be sure that your new software is 100% updated. If you can not get a good internet connection in the Safe Mode with networking, repeat step #2, start the computer in the VGA mode, repeat steps 5 and 6.
8. After you install and update your software, turn off your computer. Unplug your modem from the electrical outlet. Disconnect your computer from the internet, ( your modem ) then turn the computer on.
9. Start the computer in the "Safe Mode".
10. Find your new software on the start menu, All Programs, and run the progam. Run the scan just like the tutorial. Be sure to put any malware in the quarantine, for now don't delete anything.
11. After you run the scan, restart your computer in the normal mode. Then run another scan.
12. After the scan is finished, you can turn off your computer and re-connect it to the internet, so you can follow the steps that are outlined in the next tutorial. It would be a good idea at this point to watch the tutorial on another computer that is not infected. Don't run your computer in the "normal" mode with an internet connection until most the infection has been removed.
13. Watch the tutorial, then do the steps on your computer.
14. If you follow these steps carefully, the spyware removal process will go a lot faster and easier.
